Introduction

This S’mores Cake takes everything you love about classic campfire s’mores and turns it into a decadent, layered chocolate cake with graham cracker crumbs, marshmallow frosting, and a gooey chocolate ganache. The best part? No campfire needed!

Ingredients

For the Chocolate Cake:

  • 1 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
  • ¾ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 ½ teaspoons baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 cup hot water

For the Marshmallow Frosting:

  • 1 (7 oz) jar marshmallow fluff
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

For the Chocolate Ganache:

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 ½ cups dark chocolate chips

For Garnish:

  • Graham cracker crumbs
  • Toasted marshmallows
  • Chocolate chunks

Step 2: Make the Marshmallow Frosting

  1. Beat butter and powdered sugar together until fluffy.
