  • 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard

Method
 

  1. Begin by cooking the chicken bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. This should take about 5-7 minutes. Once cooked, place on paper towels to drain excess grease.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise and Dijon mustard. Season with salt and pepper to taste and set aside.
  3. Prepare your lettuce leaves by rinsing them under cold water and patting them dry with paper towels. Choose larger leaves for better wrapping.
  4. On a serving platter, lay out the lettuce leaves side by side. Spread a generous amount of the mayo mixture on each leaf.
  5. Layer the sliced chicken breast evenly across the lettuce leaves, then add the crispy chicken bacon on top.
  6. Next, add slices of avocado and tomato to each sandwich. If using, add sliced cucumbers, pickles, or red onion for an extra layer of crunch.
  7. Carefully fold the lettuce leaves over the filling to create a wrap. You can use a toothpick to secure it if needed.
  8. Repeat with the remaining ingredients until all wraps are assembled. Serve immediately.

Notes

Storage & Reheating:
These wraps are best enjoyed fresh. However, you can store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. To reheat, remove any lettuce wrap components and warm the chicken and bacon in a skillet.
