Method
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Add the chicken tenders and toss to coat evenly.
- Place the seasoned chicken tenders on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until fully cooked and golden brown.
- While the chicken is baking, prepare the dips. In a separate bowl, mix the ranch dip mix into the sour cream until well combined.
- Arrange the tortilla chips, sliced baby carrots, celery sticks, and cherry tomatoes on the large serving platter.
- Once the chicken tenders are done, remove them from the oven and let them cool slightly. Cut them into bite-sized pieces and sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Add the chicken pieces to the serving platter alongside the dips of guacamole and salsa.
- Serve the platter immediately for your guests to enjoy during the game.
Notes
Storage & Reheating:
Any leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To reheat the chicken tenders, place them in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 10-15 minutes until warmed through. Variations:
- Substitute chicken tenders with grilled shrimp for a seafood twist.
- Add some spicy jalapeños to the platter for an extra kick.
- Include a variety of cheeses such as pepper jack or mozzarella for more flavor options.
- Use homemade dips like spinach-artichoke or buffalo chicken dip instead of store-bought.
